Exotic Applique Work brings earthy bohemian glamour to a weighty cotton straight fit skirt. Rich Potters Clay color dominates the body, accented by a wide black border in a complimentary print. The border has similar pattern patches in different colors.
It is fully covered with hand stitched animal shaped patches in bull shot brown with contrasting embroidered threads - the rabbits, the birds, cats and elephants. All the patchwork is done exclusively by hand which gives this skirt a unique character (see detailed picture below - it also means that each piece is a little different, and may not exactly match the patchwork shown in the picture). There is a 14 inches slit in the front. The Applique work is embroidered with thread at the outlines.
