This is a long skirt in 3 shades of blue accented with mirrors. These evenly placed mirrors have been sewn into the fabric and each mirror has 2 tiny bells attached to it and they jingle as you walk. It is also accented by silver tinsel running from top to bottom all over the skirt (See detailed picture).
