A sophisticated style skirt
I love the vibrant blue of this skirt..and especially the the lace up at the waist - hips in front..it helps make this skirt wearable for both me-at size 4 and my daughter at size 16. Plus it looks dressier than the tie dye I usually go for. This is a great skirt for dancing--and say, that adjustable waist would allow a dancer to wear this skirt around the hips with a cut off top--perfect for getting attention on the dance floor, for concerts or picnics in the summer.
