Floral printed off shoulder blouse
Since small fits 42 inches at bust area, medium 48 inches and large 52 inches. Is that true for USA size?
Answer: These tops are meant to be worn as a loose fit so they are actually bigger dimensions than regular USA S,M and Large. Standard US, S is only up to 36 inches, M is 40 inches and L is 46 inches.
