Answer: The zippered pocket is 7 inches deep. We tried fitting a Google Pixel 3a with a cover on it. It fit well and we were able to close the zipper comfortably. The Pixel is about 6 inch long and 2 and 3/4 inches wide. So depending upon the phone you have...it should fit. Most phones will..
