I have emailed and left message by phone. I have question about sizing for the short skirts. What is the waist measurement for the tiered shirt skirts. If you lay the skirt flat, what is the length of the waist, in inches, from side to side. It appears to be a elastic waist with a draw string. Can you Please help me with this information?.
Answer: It has these measurements when you lay the skirt flat: Length of the waist: 28 inches that can stretch to 34 inches, so it will fit someone who wears a small or a medium size on the waist. It has an elastic with a drawstring. And its length is 25 inches from elastic to hem.
