The cotton tiers are connected to the lace on its top and bottom - thus forming the body of the skirt; and the lace is not on top of the fabric. This intricate machine stitch work is a highlight of this skirt. The sequins for thread form a classy floral pattern. The skirt is well lined - a little short until bottom. Pure cotton fabric is soft and feels good - the skirt is itself heavy at the end. As you wear it, it however has a light and flowy feel - and a relaxed fit for carefree movement (it starts a little narrow from the waist).. Simple yet chic.
