It has an elastic waist that adjusts to you rather than you having to adjust to it, and the legs are cut progressively wider from the hip to the hem, giving a nice flair. In the 1960`s these were referred to as culottes, a hybrid cross between a skirt and pants, and they were all the rage. They`re all the rage again, still called culottes, but also gauchos or palazzo pants. Lined until before the leg split they have 5" lace on the yoke, 1" lace on the bottom hemline.
