It has a quality cotton texture and deep color dye. The wrap design provides sizing flexibility. It's made using a manual wax-resist dyeing technique on cotton fabric. The technique comes from Java, Indonesia. This long wrap-around skirt has a combination of interesting star dyes and fun colors - Grenadier Orange and Dark Burgundy Red. There is a wide calligraphy pattern in bleeding white. Its just all very beautiful. This is a wraparound skirt that goes around the waist and is tied on the side. The material is thick, heavy, stiff cotton. Almost a floor-length skirt that sways with a certain stiffness when you walk.
