This is a summer cotton mid-length in green, it would fall at knee-length if you are tall or mid-calf if you around 5`4" in height and could be an ankle-length full skirt for petite women. A three-tier cotton skirt with a printed white flower on solid green and a lot of fabric to flounce around.
